CNC Routing

Rapid utilizes our Multicam 5' x 12' CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) router for the machining of wood, foam, and plastic materials. We not only cut-to-size with this unit, we can cut to your specific shape requirements. CNC routers cut with tremendous consistency, to within an accuracy of +/- .0002". 

Rapid utilizes our CNC not only in the production of wood packaging components, but we also operate as a component fabricator for many large manufacturers as a "contract-manufacturer".
